简 历:
1981年生,天津人,研究员,博士生导师,中科院青促会会员;2003、2007年获同济大学大地测量本科、硕士学位,2011获中国科学院上海天文台天体测量天体力学博士学位; 2007年至今在上海天文台从事北斗卫星导航系统精密定轨与时间同步关键技术研究。
作为技术负责人,参与完成北斗导航系统信息处理系统研制;主持并完成北斗导航系统试验验证系统信息处理系统研制,国家自然科学基金青年、面上项目等;研究成果应用于北斗卫星导航系统;作为精密定轨与时间同步技术骨干力量,带领团队突破了我国北斗导航系统多项关键技术,保障系统的高精度稳定运行。作为中方代表,参与北斗导航系统国际合作和技术交流。
