简  历:

    1976年,中国科学院上海天文台天文地球动力学研究中心研究员,博士生导师。主要从事空间大气环境监测、行星大气掩星研究、GNSS掩星地球大气探测以及数据科学应用。参与过美国UCAR的COSMIC项目,张衡系列卫星GNSS掩星接收机载荷数据处理,澳门科学卫星GNSS掩星闪烁接收机载荷数据处理,天问一号火星掩星探测,云遥商业掩星星座产品资料处理。主持科技部863项目,科技部地震行业科研专项和多项国家自然基金。累计发表SCI学术论文60多篇,著作2部,获中国气象服务协会科学技术一等奖、上海市科技进步二等奖。

研究方向:

GNSS监测空间天气、大气、海洋和陆地;行星大气掩星探测;电波传播效应等研究
