简 历:
1998年至2007年于同济大学就读,从事GNSS精密定轨定位的研究,获博士学位。2006年6月起在德国地学研究中心GFZ工作,先后开展了南美地学运动监测研究,GNSS实时灾害监测与预警研究;合作开发了实时GNSS数据处理系统(EPOS-RT),参与建立了GFZ的IGS-RTPP分析中心。
2011年5月回国工作,从事卫星导航、北斗地面运控信息处理技术研究。承担了国家重点研发计划、863计划、自然基金、重大专项、国防型号等项目,建立了上海天文台全球GNSS分析中心(SHA,http://www.shao.ac.cn/shao_gnss_ac),研究成果全面应用于北斗地面运控系统的建设。
入选了国家百千万人才工程,并被授予国家“有突出贡献中青年专家”荣誉称号;入选了中国科学院人才计划、上海市优秀学术带头人。获中国侨界贡献一等奖、中国科学院青年科学家奖、中国科学院优秀共产党员等荣誉。获国家科技进步二等奖、军事科技进步一等奖、中国测绘科技进步一等奖,中国卫星导航科技进步特等奖等。
兼任国际大地测量协会(IAG)中国委员会委员、中国卫星导航定位协会理事、军委科技委重大项目专家组责任专家、北斗地面运控运维专家组专家、上海市地球物理学会常务理事;任《武汉大学学报(信息科学版)》、《天文学报》、《导航定位学报》、《世界科技研究与发展》、Satellite Navigation、Geodesy and Geodynamics、Journal of GPS等期刊编委。
