报告人:刘润球，中科院应用数学所研究员，长期从事广义相对论和相关空间实验检验研究。承担间先导:卫卫跟踪重力卫星，空间引力波探测可行性等科研项目。

The report will give an overview on the mission design, payload structure together with the scientific drivers of a second generation HL satellite to satellite gravity mission, with laser interferometry in place of microwave ranging. Open problems remain to be studied will be discussed.
